She completed her MBBS from Government Medical College, Kottayam, and her Psychiatry specialization from Government Stanley Medical College, Chennai. She also completed her fellowship in Sleep Medicine at Nithra under the mentorship of Dr. N. Ramakrishnan. With strong expertise in mental health, brain chemistry, and psychopharmacology, Dr. Nileena provides holistic care for patients with sleep and psychological disorders. She is a member of the Indian Sleep Disorders Association and is known for her excellent communication and patient-centered approach.
